We operate a fixed fee policy. The following figures are approximate fixed fee scale for guidance purposes only. Fixed fees may vary from case to case basis as approximate time spent on a case will be estimated to agree a fixed fee.

The basis of how our fixed fees are calculated is on the estimate of minimum time to be incurred on a file multiplied by the hourly charge. Our hourly charge for over 20 years qualified fee earner is £250.00. All our casework for clients is carried out by the Principal of this Firm Mohammed Riaz Khan who has over 20 years of specialist experience in the field of Immigration. In addition to our fixed fees, clients may have to pay disbursements such as Home Office Fees, Immigration Health Surcharge and Court Fees. These fees are payable when Applications are made to the Home Office such as Leave to Remain, nationality or entry clearance from abroad for spouses etc (clients will need to seek our clarification on them before instructing for exact amounts). An estimate average cost of these disbursements is between £1000 to £2500 per applicant. Court Fees are between £140 for an appeal to £154 for judicial review. If permission for judicial review is granted then further £770 (approximate) payable on grant of permission. There may also be other disbursements payable to agencies such as TLS, VFS and SOPRA for using visa services. These can range between £66.00 to £500 depending on priority of the service you request from them.

Please note that barrister fees are included in the fixed fee for appeals and Judicial reviews (JR). Average barrister fees are between £500 to £1000.

Some Immigration clients are not liable to pay vat as they may not have a legal status in the UK at the time of Instructions. These fixed fees do not include vat. If any vat is payable then it will be charged at current rate of 20%.

The following fees are based on minimum of 4 to 8 hours of work on a client file. The stages that are included in these fees are from the point of instructions until the first outcome of an application or an appeal.
